Well, better late than never, my wife’s 500 points finally turned up yesterday:

Oddly, my Mum’s account doesn’t have anything. Neither does my account, but I signed up for a similar bonus to this ages ago so I half-expected not to get it again.
In the end, these bonuses do usually turn up … just don’t be in a hurry!
