    No. Because, when they say a £75 purchase, I am 99.99% sure they mean a transaction that triggers 75 WorldPoints. Currency only earns 1 point per £10, so you’d need to change £750.

    I think the “or register their card” bit applies to when you pick up a new card in Heathrow and then go online to register it to yourself. I don’t think you can register a card for a second time, so I can’t see how you can claim the bonus on a card that you’ve already got, sorry.

  I am going through T5 tomorrow morning, which will be the last time I plan to be at Heathrow this year.

  I take it that I have to register, wait for a card to come in the post and then go and do the spend?

  if so this is no good to me

    No, you can retroclaim. If you join today then you will be fine, just post or scan your receipt.

  you can also pick up a card at the airport, use it straight away and they register afterwards. That way you won’t have to send a receipt in
