Maximise your Avios, air miles and hotel points

Tesco Wine deal gets even better – get 1,228 Avios and six bottles for £11

Last week I published this article.  It describes a code which you can use on the Tesco Wine website to receive 500 bonus Clubcard points (so 1,200 Avios airmiles or 1,250 Virgin miles) when you buy ANY case of wine from the Tesco wine site.

The code is theoretically for first-time users of the Tesco Wine website but many people have reported being able to use it on their accounts even if they were a past Tesco Wine customer.

The cheapest deal was a case of Buck’s Fizz, selling for £12 for 6 bottles.  With £6 postage, you were paying £18 for your 1,200 Avios.

Until November 27th, however, Tesco Wine is offering free delivery!

This means that you can now order 6 bottles of Bucks Fizz for just £11.94, with free postage.

As the Tesco Wine website says:

A light and refreshing sparkling drink made from wine and orange juice.

Serve well chilled as an aperitif or on its own for any celebration.

Perfect for parties.

Of course, you could also choose to buy some wine instead – it is still a decent deal with free delivery and 500 Clubcard points.

Remember that the order deadline for free delivery is November 27th.

  • WW says:

I ordered a case of Buck’s Fizz a few weeks ago and I was meant to receive it yesterday night. Unfortunately, it never arrived. Called them up this morning and was told they ran out of Buck’s Fizz. They said they’d refund the order but I will be keeping my 500 points! Not a bad deal after all:-).

I got exactly the same situation as WW! I think Tesco must have underestimated the following that H4P has in the UK 🙂
