Jumeirah launches hotel discounts for Miles & More members and Mastercard holders

I have written a few articles about the Jumeirah hotels and resorts in Dubai, such as this one last week reviewing Emirates Towers, because they are very popular with people in the UK who are heading to the Middle East.  We also use them a lot ourselves, so I keep a close eye on what is going on.

Jumeirah has launched a series of promotions for members of specific frequent flyer programmes and Mastercard holders.

Via this link (EDIT: link removed as now dead), which shows the special Jumeirah promotional code, members of Lufthansa Miles & More receive a 20% discount on the flexible rate for stays until the end of August.  This can be a very chunky saving.

There are also ‘triple miles’ promotions for members of various other airline schemes, including Virgin Atlantic but excluding Avios.  The Virgin deal is here (EDIT: removed, link now dead).  Oddly, different airline offers have different expiry dates and different participating properties.

Jumeirah also has a good deal for MasterCard holders.  As per this link (EDIT: link removed as now dead), you can get a 15% discount on your booking if you have a MasterCard, although not all hotels participate on all dates.  This offer runs until June 2013 but may well get rolled over.  The Jumeirah discount code will drop in automatically when you try to book.
