      maybe i could buy a new one and take it back with last weeks receipt? would that work?

      • Don’t see why not, especially as unopened, unless they can somehow tell from the barcode. Not sure what the instore returns policy is though.

        Have a read of the Distance Selling Regulations. You have a right to return anything no questions asked, as long as it’s within a certain time.
