Maximise your Avios, air miles and hotel points

Achica’s ‘£20 off’ code is working again

Links on Head for Points may support the site by paying a commission.  See here for all partner links.

Not sure what else I can add to my original post!

Except that, at the time of writing on Saturday evening, the £20 off code (ACHICA20AMEX) is working again.  For orders under £20, you don’t pay a penny.

The Taittinger champagne, below, seems to have sold out though!

Until midnight on Sunday 29th, they are even offering free delivery on orders over £10.

Remember that this voucher is only meant to be used by American Express Platinum cardholders only.

  • Ninmurai says:

The “apply” button on the voucher box is greyed out for me… Any one else too?

    • Ninmurai says:

Doh silly me….you can just click on it with your mouse!

    • GlennM says:

It should be okay if you click through on the greyed out option, they seem to have a weird way of showing the clickable option, unless you’ve spent over the £20 mark it may mean you have to make an additional payment.

In the event you haven’t done this, the following link will give you an extra £10 on registration:

Great tip but currently getting an error message when trying to complete the transaction on the payment page. Possibly too much traffic on the website now – who knows!

Code seems, in theory, to work with gift cards (if I can ever get past the error message).

Add gift cards by searching for “achica gift cards” on Google and following the link to the product.

    • r says:

Check your order history page. Their page crashed when I was trying to make the purchase, but I checked the order history and my order appears there as paid.

  • Kris says:

Nice one! Free fancy pants chocolate. Thanks.

  • Bibblebob says:

What happens if a non amex plat card holder uses it??

    • Ken says:

If you’re a new customer and you use the discount code on your first order then Achica don’t ask for card details – so it appears they are not concerned about verifying whether you are an Amex Platinum cardholder.

  • David L says:

Great spot! I used someone’s referral link so hope someone finds mine useful too!

  • CliveJ says:

Great deal thanks. Just got myself a gift box of whisky miniatures for £4. Can confirm PayPal option works as well.

  • PaulW says:

Thanks for the update! Ordered some £19.99 chocolates, entered the code – all seems to work okay!

It didn’t ask me for any CCard details! What’s to stop you ordering more if someone else in the household creates an account?

Used one of the links here and got a £10 voucher in my email, a £20 minimum spend applies!
