A couple of conversations last week reminded me that Head for Points is read by many senior people in the airline, hotel and loyalty credit cards industry. If that sounds like you, and if you would be interested in working with Head for Points, please get in touch.

You will never pick up the telephone one day and find me on the other end, asking to do something with you. I don’t have the time and its not what I do. However, I am happy to look at any proposals put forward to me.

Work for an airline or hotel group? Send me your press releases. If you want me to review your new business class seat or luxury hotel, let me know.

Operate an affiliate scheme? I am happy to look at affiliate opportunities that are relevant to Head for Points.

Running a press day for your hotel or airline client? Invite me along.

Work in the credit card space? I am happy to look at affiliate offers for cards where I don’t have a relationship, and am happy to promote new cards and new bonus promotions. This site is one of the biggest drivers of new applications for loyalty credit cards in the UK.

Work in travel PR? I’m happy to discuss what I could do with your clients. If you are a freelance (ie cheap) travel-focussed PR, I might even sign up as a client!

Want to sponsor a competition or giveaway on Head for Points? The last competition I ran generated 940 entries and ran across three posts.  We can offer you good exposure for your brand whilst also offering something fun for our readers.

Want to advertise on Head for Points? If you represent an airline, hotel group, credit card company or loyalty programme, our readers are very interested in what you have to offer. Every single impression will be seen by a genuine potential client.  Both Hilton and IHG have bought space directly on Head for Points recently.

Head for Points is a big site now. We had 397,000 page views in October (WordPress figures), and 56,000 unique visitors. 80% of those are based in the UK, so it is a very focussed readership. In addition, 1,500 people receive every post by email. Over 2,000 people subscribe to our Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn feeds.

Alexa ranked us yesterday as the 5,425th most visited website in the UK. For comparison, Business Traveller is ranked at 13,096. Flyertalk is ranked slightly above us at 5,376 but has a far smaller number of visitors (with higher average page views per visit, for obvious reasons.)

Get in touch via rob at headforpoints.com if you want to have a chat. I am based in Central London and happy to meet up if it would be useful.
