Impressive Emirates business class sale from Sweden

Emirates sent me details of some aggressive sale fares that are available from Stockholm.  The First and business class fares must be booked before the 18th July for travel by 10th December.  Economy tickets are also valid from 11 January to 23 February 2015.

To save me retyping a huge table, here is a screenshot of the email they sent me:

The exchange rate to the Kroner is currently 11.6.

This means – in Emirates business class – you get some fantastic deals:

Dubai – £1,371

Bangkok – £1,426

The Maldives – £1,561

Cape Town – £1,703

Emirates runs a Boeing 777-300ER to Stockholm, so you won’t get to experience the on-board bar.  The business class seats to Dubai are also angled lie flat and NOT fully flat.  First Class has fully flat seats but not private suites.

The standard booking page is here.

How to earn Emirates Skywards miles from UK credit cards (March 2024)

Emirates Skywards does not have a UK credit card.  However, you can earn Emirates Skywards miles by converting Membership Rewards points earned from selected UK American Express cards.

Cards earning Membership Rewards points include:

Membership Rewards points convert at 1:1 into Emirates Skywards miles which is an attractive rate.  The cards above all earn 1 Membership Rewards point per £1 spent on your card, which converts to 1 Emirates Skywards mile. The Gold card earns double points (2 per £1) on all flights you charge to it.

Thanks for the sale info Raffles. However I don’t think the business seats on the 777-300ER are fully lie-flat as you describe. Rather they are angled flat, so quite a step down from the A380 product. Still worth considering at the sale prices though.

      Yes that is correct

    • Rob says:

You are right, apologies. I was fooled by the wording on the EK website which is deliberately vague. I have updated the post.

  • Paul says:

Are these prices from Stockholm or London? If Stockholm do you have to buy a separate ticket from London to Stockholm?

    • Rob says:

Yes you would need to get yourself to Stockholm, but a Reward Flight Saver BA redemption would not be expensive. Stockholm is lovely as well if you have never been.

  • Thomas says:

For the same period Turkish is throwing £1061 flights to BKK from ARN. That is amazing value!!!!
