    Just booked next week’s Holiday Inn stay for work via Kaligo – with all of the bonuses about 13400 Avios rather than 2000 IHG points. Visa Debit worked with no problems,

    Trying to book for next weekend. Website not working.
    Searches for hotels but doesn’t show any, was fine earlier when I looked but was waiting for OH to get home before deciding where to stay.

  6. Can this be extended for another day due to the website not working?
    I have been trying relentlessly for the past 3 hours but just nothing except the little symbol pulsing away.
    It is so frustrating as I had a list of places to book which would have taken me to the 20,000 bonus :(

    We are aware of the problems that are occuring right now and are working round the clock to fix it. I will post an update here once the problems are resolved.

    We will extend the promotion by a day due to this issue.

    Sincere apologies for the issue – it’s now resolved. We’re putting in more checks and balances to ensure this does not ever happen again.

    We’re extending the promotion for an extra 1000 avios by another 24 hours due to this issue so book away! We will be monitoring this closely.

        We are still working round the clock to resolve the payment issue. It’s a very specific issue that affects UK/European credit cards and the bank and payment processor are still trying to resolve it. We understand that this is a HUGE inconvenience to our customers and are doing whatever we can to correct it.

  9. Hi – thanks for this offer. I have just booked 2 stays, which showed the HfP bonus points until after confirmation page, when the bonus points disappeared. They also do not appear on my “Open Bookings” page on Kaligo’s website. I’m also really unclear about the additional bonus points for cumulative bookings – the T&C give a “sign-up page” http://www.kaligo.com/AviosQ1 – but this doesn’t have the option to “sign up”, only to make a booking. Are the bonus miles credited automatically??
