Anyone received their Eithad match yet? I’ve not heard a thing from them so far.

    • David L says:

Nothing from Etihad either – I have just sent them a chaser email. However, part of me wonders whether it may have ended up in my Junk folder as the Etihad email address is unusual (*.ae).

Great feature Rob – I’d forgotten about a number of these promos.

  • Manuel says:

    Hello,

Does anyone know if you can get the 1500 Avios from Iberia if you book a flight for somebody else?

    Thanks

    • Raffles says:

Good question. If you are logged in when the booking is made, then I think you would. No promises though.

  • Nick says:

How do I go about getting the 1000 points for changing my password for HH?

  • BLT says:

i had the same with a stay booked for August 2015. Contacted the hotel and asked them to charge the credit card as per the T&Cs of the booking. They did a few days later and I got the credit automatically from Amex.

  • Peter says:

I had a similar thing with a Hilton last year. I just rang the hotel themselves, said I had been expecting it to come out but it had not and could they take the payment over the phone. They were more than happy to help.

  • CV says:

Any of the New Zealand readers who tried for the Qantas status match received it yet? If so, how long did it take? Just curious!

  • mark2 says:

Remember that the Virgin Flying Club points can be moved to IHG 1:1.
We are having a White Virgin each and adding to the 60+30 and add 15,000 MR points to give five nights in Holiday Inn free.

  • louie-m says:

So what do we think about the Virgin/Clubcard transfer bonus? I’m minded to take advantage although I have no travel plans for a while as I have plenty of Avios but I’m worried about Virgin devaluating now that BA have……

    • Rob says:

You are right to worry. Transfer bonuses are fairly regular with Virgin so if you have no plans to spend then I would hold off.
