Maximise your Avios, air miles and hotel points

Get 1,200 Avios with ANY case of Tesco Wine – even sale bargains

Tesco Wine has launched a new ‘open to everyone’ promotional code.

This is, to be frank, not as exciting as some of the recent offers in terms of points.  However, if your wine rack is looking a little empty then this is worth a look as your spend could be as low as £30.

Discount code XXMRR4 gives 500 bonus Clubcard points on any 6-bottle order placed by Sunday 27th September, subject to a maximum of 5,000 people using it.

500 Clubcard points is worth 1,200 Avios or 1,250 Virgin Flying Club miles.

There are plenty of wines currently at half-price in the Tesco sale.  There are numerous 6-bottle cases around the £30 mark which are reduced from £60 – take a look at the Tesco Wine site here.

Delivery is free if you spend over £50, otherwise it costs £6.  This means that you are looking at a potential £36 spend for 1,200 Avios and six bottles of half-price wine.  Which isn’t bad.

The Tesco Wine home page is here.

I’ve just ordered 6 cases. stupidly should have split in to 2 or 3 orders to max my points.

Simon, cancel them and do a re order!

You can only use once per account or you will receive the error –
“Sorry, this ecoupon cannot be accepted, as it has already been used the maximum number of times.”

£36 spend on a wine we regularly drink. It would have usually been £60 so a big win for me!

    thanks HFP!

    • Thomas says:

Thanks for the heads up on the wine .. Still worked at 12:15pm.
Also – Yesterday I received the Clubcard Auto Tip Bonus points when transferring to Virgin Atlantic.
Must be a glitch as I get the bonus every time it is offered !

12.45 code worked for me. If you got more than one person in your household account split the orders over them as long as they have Tesco clubcard account. IE myself, Mum, Son and daughter in Law 4 different numbers 4 bites of same cherry.

  • Jerry says:

    Code still good at 2.15.

  • GlennM says:

    Code still working 🙂

  • pol says:

Currently 1000 bonus points on ps4 (the one with destiny king, although same price as buying without it!) from Tesco direct. Not worth buying just for the points obviously but with christmas fast approaching anyone planning on buying one may want to jump in now.
