See what you can win at the Head for Points Christmas party next week

Links on Head for Points may support the site by paying a commission.  See here for all partner links.

For those of you who were quick enough to get a ticket for the Head for Points Christmas Party next Tuesday, we look forward to seeing you.

Thank you for your support – we were genuinely unsure what the demand for tickets was going to be like.  As it happens, we now need four bar staff in order to keep everyone watered.

When you arrive you will be given a raffle ticket.  We have arranged some very decent prizes which we will draw at around 7.15pm.  Note that you must still be in the room at 7.15pm or you will forfeit your prize.

    Well done again Rob!

For your non-UK followers….let us participate by video so we can also “be present” and get a chance to win one of the great prizes! 🙂

    Have fun.

    • Alan says:

      Haha I like it!

How about an ‘outside the M25’ prize to be awarded virtually too? 😀

Well done on securing those prizes though.

  • Genghis says:

Great stuff. Look forward to it.

  • Nick says:

Genghis how early do you get up?!

  • hugo says:

my train gets in at 1815 so won’t be there until about 1835. hope that won’t exclude me.

  • Mike says:

Can we have one in Edinburgh or Glasgow please? I’m sure you have a few Scottish supporters. It’s ok, Nicola hasn’t built the wall yet

    • Rob says:

Not easy, if I’m honest, given a) the HFP staff of just 2; b) my little kiddies who get grumpy when Daddy isn’t around and c) the fact that we need to keep doing 3 articles a day and handling 150 emails irresepective of what else is going on.

Never say never though – if a good hotel review opportunity comes up we could turn it into an impromptu event in the bar.

      • Chris says:

+1 for a Scottish event in the future! 🙂

      • Alan says:

You could always bring the family along for a trip to Edinburgh 😀 Virgin Trains East Coast is pretty nice.

If all else fails then you should definitely come in August when the Fringe & Festival is on – a large chunk of London seems to be up then anyway so it would feel like home from home 😉

    • CV3V says:

There is a Raddison Red (no, not blue!) being built in Glasgow at the moment, I think we should check out the bar!

  • aliks says:

Nothing to stop people organising local Xmas get togethers. I am sure Rob would assist by advertising the event.

Perhaps even a live video link up between the different parties.

  • Pid says:

Great prizes – well done. Just gutted I was unable to attend, perhaps next year!

  • ana says:

If anybody can’t attend, I will happily take their ticket!
