Tesco Direct and LEGO have launched a last-minute deal for anyone out there who still needs to buy Christmas presents.

Until Thursday (22nd December) you will get 1,000 extra Clubcard points – convertible into 2,400 Avios or 2,500 Virgin Flying Club miles – when spending £75 on LEGO from this selection.

This is not as generous as the previous offer back in October where Tesco Direct was giving 1500 extra Clubcard points with £75 worth of LEGO.  Let’s be honest though – getting any sort of deal this close to Christmas is a good result, and if you still need some Christmas presents this is a great bonus.

It will still arrive on time!

This offer runs until Thursday.  That just happens to be the same day as the Tesco deadline for Click + Collect (to your nearest Tesco store) and Next Day Delivery.  The only thing you can’t do now is get an item delivered to your house via Standard Delivery.

In theory there is only one thing you need to buy.  The Star Wars Millennium Falcon for £105.

If you don’t want to spend that much, you could for example get the X-Wing fighter for £75.99.

If you don’t like Star Wars, I can’t help you.

Just kidding… you can find all of the LEGO included on this page of the Tesco Direct website.

Remember to order by Thursday and that you need to spend at least £75 to get the 1,000 extra Clubcard points / 2,400 Avios / 2,500 Virgin miles.   To be honest, this offer is not generous enough to make it worthwhile buying LEGO to resell on eBay but as a solution to a last-minute present problem, it can’t be beat.

Just done mine, I don’t mind spending some MR points!

  • Chris says:

I haven’t got an email, so guess it’s targetted? Unless there’s a link you can provide?

  • Alan says:

Yep, code is AMEX16SWP – just used 90p (200 MR points), with rest onto my Amex. Also doing a 1m MR point draw – max 3 entries, one for each time you make a purchase.

  • Rob says:

No, because that is the standard pay with points page and I already had the link 🙂
