Get 3 nights for the price of 2 in new Accor sale

Accor has launched a new worldwide sale where you can book 3 nights for the price of 2.

This covers brands such as Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, M Gallery, Pullman and Ibis.  The new acquisitions – Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel – are also included for the first time which opens up a lot of new high-end options.

This offer can be booked until 28th March for stays from 18th March up to 28th May 2017.   There are a few exceptions:

  • United Kingdom: stay period 18th March to 4th June 2017 (probably extended because of the Bank Holiday in late May)
  • Germany and Austria: stay period 18th March to 1st May 2017
  • Middle East: stay period 18th March to 22nd June 2017

3 for 2 accor hotels

The stay needs to be a three nights stay – not two nights and, importantly, not four or more nights – in order to qualify for this offer.

The whole amount needs to be paid by card online when booking.

The list of participating hotels is on this page of the Accor website.

You can earn Le Club AccorHotels points on your stay.  Note that Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel are not part of the loyalty programme and do not earn points despite being included in this sale.

Currently this sale is only open to Le Club AccorHotels members. Everyone else can book from 7th March.  However, it is worth signing up to Le Club AccorHotels now in order to secure your room – membership is free, after all.  You can sign up here or during the payment process when booking.

Can you transfer Amex Membership Rewards to someone when you cancel? Er, 'Yes'.

  1. E1ghty says:

I find a lot of hotels supposedly participating are not listed when looking through dates.

  2. Are these London hotels better than say the Waldorf Hilton?

Just looking for a good hotel in London at a reasonable price with a decent sized room.

    • Sofitel in St James (if included) is smart. I reviewed Novotel Blackfriars last year and was impressed. Waldorf clearly has a great tourist location though which is hard to beat (Sofitel comes close).

  3. I am looking for hotel which will be in close proximity to Stonehenge, paultons and legoland. We are spending 3 days doing those….any tips?

    • The Mercure Salisbury is a nice hotel – and Salisbury is a wonderful place. The hotel does tend to be available for Happy Mondays, though, at least on Friday and Sunday/Monday, so it might be worth holding off booking, if your trip is at a weekend.

    • Somewhere in Basingstoke as it’s the most central for all 3 places??

      • There’s a Hilton close to the A33 / M3 in Basingstoke I think. Not sure of other hotels in that area

  4. M HOCKENHULl says:

wpuld this apply to the Accor Happy Mondays pronotion.?

  5. Graham says:

I just checked Novatel NYC for 3-6 May and price looks same as before

  6. Discount mike says:

Last year I was able to use this promo and pay with points for a hotel in barcelona. Doubt it works on most hotels but some thing to keep in mind.

  7. I am unsurprised to see that the Fairmont Chateau hotels in Canada (formerly Canadian Pacific) are not included, although I did get 5 for 4 once.

  8. Martin says:

Note that it is only for a stay of exactly three days. If you want 12 days, as I just did, you can’t get them for the price of either. You might be able to do four separate bookings but that is a hassle

  9. Martin says:

Mark, you may be right, but I’d hate to book 3 nights and then find the system blocks me when I try and book the second set of 3.

As it happened I decided to cash in some Ultimate Rewwards points instead so the stay will be free anyway.
