We had a lovely weekend in Liverpool and stayed at The Pullman. A great location near to the docks, the museums and a short walk to the World famous Cavern Club! We had a lovely breakfast and the bars were great. I would dfinitely recommend and return. The staff were all very friendly.

Fabulous stay with a great room overlooking the Mersey. Tarik served us breakfast and we want to say a massive thank you to him. Tarik went out of his way to accommodate my breakfast request despite it being the end of service. It's the touches like this that make the stay so much more enjoyable. We will return.

Ella was the hotel manager and she was amazing. Check in was fast and she was so nice to accommodate my family in a larger room with two additional beds. On their other hand, Anca the room attendant was very friendly and left water and chocolates for the kids. Definitely recommend Pullman in Albert Dock for families! Location great as it is in front of the Wheel of Liverpool. English Breakfast good too!

What a beautiful hotel, the bedroom was nice and clean, the pillows was so comfy!! Breakfast was unbelievable thanks to the chefs of course, I’d like to give a special mention to Tarik for being so friendly and helpful he went above and beyond nothing was an issue he is more than a credit to your company. We will be returning asap!!
