Lufthansa‘s Miles & More programme is celebrating its 20th birthday this year with a raft of promotions.

The latest is a 20% bonus on all miles earned when you fly with any Miles & More airline this September!

Miles & More

Here is the text from the Miles & More website:

Now both you and your mileage account can really take off! In September you can earn 20% more award miles on all cross-border flights with many Miles & More partners – from the day you register for the promotion until 30 September 2013.

It’s worth acting quickly: only if you are among the first 20,000 registered participants can you benefit from the extra 20% mileage credit.

The offer applies to all worldwide, cross-border scheduled flights by the following partners: Austrian Airlines, Adria Airways, Air Dolomiti, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines, Germanwings, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Luxair and SWISS.

You must register, and you must be in the first 20,000 people to do so.  This should not be a problem if you register today.

Registration is a bit of a faff.

First, you need to go to the Miles & More website and log in.

ONLY when you have logged in, should you click this link here.  If you do not log in first, it won’t work.

Registration is a no-brainer if you have any flights with any of the listed airlines over the next month.

Only the first 20,000 to register? they really want to limit what they have to pay on this one…

  • Donald says:

Typical LH IT, it just says ‘text in the box’. I try refreshing it, nothing happens, same error. 20% on 125 miles isn’t worth it anyway 😀

It’s like a Captcha – type in the blue letters above it and it works just fine! I agree about the small bonus though
