New re launch of the hilton credit card tomorrow, have you been given any heads up on what’s coming ?

  • Guesswho2000 says:

The Hilton card was relaunched last week – it’s exactly the same as before, except it’s contactless and can be serviced in mybarclaycard now!

    • Fenny says:

And the Barclaycard system has been having problems every time I’ve tried to register and log on since last week. If I can’t sort it out at the next attempt, I’ll just ring and cancel it.

      • Simon P says:

Yep, MyBarclaycard is having serious migration issues. I did call them last week and they promised to call me back today with a status update… no response.

  • Dave says:

IHG credit card site still says “closed. Please sign up from the 23rd June” I’m guessing it’s launching along side the new HH CC? I hope there’s a good signup bonus i’ve been waiting for a while! 😉

Hi Raffles, will be looking out for this tomorrow!
After some advice, plan to stay at the intercontinental Park Lane in November (Royal Variety awards dinner) and the basic room is £379, guess I would be better getting an IHG Black (when they are available) using the 40,000 IHG points signup link and paying the £99 then booking for 40,000 plus $70 or if only the 20,000 or 30,000 IHG sign up links are working is there anywhere obvious I could get another 10k or 20k points before Nov assuming I would have <£200 to spend and still not lose out…

I don’t know how many nights you are staying there for but one option you may want to look into is becoming a platinum ambassador with Intercontinental for $200, you get a free second night certificate as long as its over a weekend and being a platinum ambassador gets you an upgrade and you keep the status for a year.
