  I stayed at the IBIS London Blackfriars a few weeks ago. It’s basic but the bar/restaurant is nice and the beds are comfortable.

      As a comparison, the Ibis down the road from where I work has rooms available at £27 some nights.

  But you have to accumulate 3000 points before they will transfer them to Iberia. Not a good deal if all you are doing is going after the points and never use Accor hotels.

      Just had this email, according to it even auto convert requires 3000 points.
      “You have requested that your Le Club Accorhotels points are automatically transferred to your IberiaFrequent Flyer program account. Each time that your Le Club Accorhotels points balance reaches 3,000 , your Le Club Accorhotels points will be automatically transferred. “

        There certainly used to be links that would allow for autoconversion at any level – LoyaltyLobby seemed to have them quite often – see http://loyaltylobby.com/2013/11/15/converting-le-club-accorhotels-points-to-airline-miles-no-transfer-minimum/ for an example.

    The site, and this is the new site, shows the numbers I quoted so I went with those. What they have been doing over the last 2 years with the ratios has been a farce.
