Happy Christmas to you and your family from all of the team here at HfP.

For the first time in three years, 2022 should – strikes permitting – be a Christmas when you have been able to travel to see loved ones, or just to escape the grey skies in the UK. Let us know in the comments what you are up to.

For once, all three of us on the core HfP team are in the UK this Christmas. Rhys can’t sit still for long, however, and will be heading off to Toronto in a few days. I will be spending New Year in Scotland. Sinead is taking it easy here but has drawn the long straw to do some Maldives hotel reviews in January!

Thank you for your support over the past year.

We will slowly get back into things tomorrow as Rhys and I look back over our year in travel.

With our best wishes,

Rob, Rhys and Sinead

Happy Christmas from County Derry in Northern Ireland – and hopefully that combination of names will keep all sides happy! Thanks to the HfP team for all the info over the past year.

Merry Christmas everyone from a very snowy Sälen. And in particular to Rob, Rhys and Sinead, I hope you are all having a lovely time 👍

Thank you to you all for another year of insightful editorials, enjoyable reviews (always with great photos) and the occasional less orthodox tid-bit.

Wishing you all a joyful Christmas and many prosperous travels in the New Year.

Since my Ordination nearly ten years ago, I am parish-based every Christmas and Easter, which doesn’t feel in the least bit inconvenient as I never have to venture far at a time when road, rail and air travel always seems to be fraught with chaos.

Thanks to HfP, I’m confident of more than making up for it at other times of the year – and I hope that 2023 will be a satisfying travel year for everyone.
