    1. T-355 for summer hols 2017 (outward) has already been & gone but you probably have no problem getting Avios redemptions if you check now. Homeward bound opens about 15th September depending on where your kids go to school. No excuse for not forward planning because you already know the dates.

    2. In case you missed my comment, check whether you got the 4th instalment of Tesco life insurance points then cancel your direct debit, so that you can apply again in 12 months if they repeat the points offer. (Last time they said no points if you cancelled a policy within the last 12 months, not sure if this was enforced but it did lead me to delaying applying by a couple of months.)

      sure – it’s T =Time minus 355 days

      ie you can buy your tickets 355 days in advance

      that’s when BA releases the tickets
