A big thanks to everyone who entered our competition last week in association with Melia Hotels International.

Over 5000 people entered and around 1000 used Twitter for a second entry.  The winning entry was actually a Twitter entry …..

Unfortunately there can only be one winner and the winner of the weekend stay at ME London is:

Jackie Talbot from Cambridge.

Congratulations!

Jackie will be spending a 2-night weekend in a MODE room at the ME London with free breakfast and cocktails at the Radio rooftop bar.

If you didn’t win but still want to spend a few nights at ME London, remember that the hotel is part of Melia Rewards. You can earn Avios from stays at ME London or other Melia Hotels International properties. Your Melia Rewards points will convert into Iberia Plus Avios and you can move them across to BA using ‘Combine My Avios’.

Holders of American Express Platinum cards now receive automatic Gold status in Melia Rewards which will bring you extra points and benefits on stays at ME London.  You can also use your Melia Rewards Gold ‘20% discount’ vouchers here.  It is a genuinely impressive hotel (I had a tour a couple of months ago) and well worth a visit.

Thank you to Melia Hotels International for donating the prize.

OT: I finally managed to open a Gold Melia account using my Amex Platinum card, but no 20% discount vouchers for hotel stays show up in my account. Is this normal? Should I wait a bit more for them to be activated?

    • TGLoyalty says:

Not had any either and its been about a month. Assume they have stopped giving to AMEX Platinum upgrades unless anyone else has had in the last month?

      Congrats on the win 🙂

  • Fenny says:

    Congrats, Jackie. Enjoy your trip.

  • Peter K says:
