I’d say current rather than new, given that there is a new accelerate promo and the last day for that one is 15th April 🙂

  • John says:

The Hilton “double points” offer is actually triple points if you book with the app, and is extended to 31 January.

The Hilton “triple Avios” offer actually just extends the triple points offer to “quadruple points” if you save it then change back to “points and points” :-

For US$1 spent, you’d get 30 points for app booking if you have saved the above triple points offer. Then depending whether you choose Points and Miles or Points and Points, you get an additional 1 avios or 5 points, i.e. [30 points and 1 avios per USD] or [30 + 5 points per USD].

When you add in the triple avios offer, you get [30 points and 3 avios per USD] but since it also works on Points and Points, you can also get [30 + 15 = 45 points per USD] which is a better choice to me.

Wish I knew that about the + bonus/miles bit a couple weeks back

    • Werner says:

This did not work for me as of Dec 19. Only received the standard 5 p/$ although registered for the triple Avios promo and selecting p+p option.

  • Clive J says:

On the expiry theme, does anyone know what tge deal is with e-reward points from tge survey company. I thought they expired at the end of each calendar year and was getting ready to convert. But Award Wallet has them expiring 31 Dec 2017. Thanks.

    • John says:

I don’t think e-rewards points expire but there is no reason not to convert every time you reach 8000 (or 2000 for avios to iberia) since some partners only let you convert every 30 or 90 days.

      • Clive J says:

Thanks John. I’ll probably redeem some and leave a small balance to see what happens.

  • Michael says:

OT: How long would it take to get re-credited points for a SPG redemption booking to be able to transfer points to Marriott Rewards to book under their redemption nights + airmiles scheme?
