  I remember them having a decent discount at Pret for a while, and even did a free coffee promotion. Hopefully some of the retailers will cooperate again now things are busier and start engaging with it to offer more things to passengers.

  I signed up and my Easyjet flight is showing from the North Terminal when it’s South although the follow up email says South.

  All I have is a parking discount- I’m catching the train – and 20% off Premium Security.

  Then I downloaded the app and there isn’t any way of signing in and so my flight is not showing.

  Bit rubbish!

  Gatwick’s official parking offering is usually quite competitive so this is worth having. The valet parking is well worth it and I would happily use it again.

  I decided against premium security when travelling with my wife and baby and let’s just say that was a mistake. Absolutely hopeless. Premium security everytime for me.

    The short stay parking with discount for a 4 day break in January was almost as cheap as 3rd party valet parking

    Always flying Club with Avios – fast track security one of the many features that makes it very good value when compared with Avios in economy

  Without seeming too disengenuous – since BAA gutted LGW of flights and then had to sell it off – its awful….

  They seem to love the fact they have the largest self service checkin area in the world….

  Even BA first wing is awful – with like 1 member of staff on – and when its a little later, the only member of staff is in that wing, who has to look after non-status, non-business customers with issues …. last time I waited over a half hour to checkin….pretty rubbish really!

  The airport is nickel and diming everyone – I guess we should be glad that although they dont want to pay for trolley-boys – and have a STOOPID supermarket style cash release for baggage carts – at least they dont really charge for them (yet)….

  Im fairly sure we all know that had LGW not implimented their drop-off charges, LHR would have been unlikely to follow …. but the race to the gutter is still there (ala LTN 20 years ago).

  I *WANT* to like LGW, but I just cant get over the patheticness of their charging and no-staff regiemes…..
