  Did we ever find out whether you can get further 2k avios bonuses if you start to credit to Iberia?

    I’ve just emailed Honors about this twice and they are adamant the 2000 Avios is only for BA and not Iberia. I even sent them the link to the Iberia website but no joy.

        Someone emailed me yesterday who had got Hilton to add the promo manually and had been getting the points. Probably the only person in the world!

  I hate Hilton points – 2 stays points posted to BAEC in c.5 days, another 2 still waiting 6 weeks later. Almost as bad as Shell who I have to email to get ANY points posted…

    Instore, yes. Online – should be OK as long as it is processed directly. Some shops sell their vouchers via third parties.

  O/T:

  Accor claims I am not entitled to their 2000 bonus points as part of the deal when I stayed at Novotel Suites Cannes Centre a month ago. My further 2 emails left unanswered.

  The booking info in my email says (and I have a proof of it) :
  “….Special terms 3:
  Bonus: on top of earning Le Club AccorHotels points, you will receive 2000 bonus points within a week after your stay, representing a EUR 40 reduction to use on your future stay. ~ ”

  Did anyone have the same experience 1) not having bonus points credited, 2) lack of customer service?

  typo with the pound sign 🙁

  btw, i got a quote for contents only insurance from them – not even the Avios would have made it competitive.
