    An easy way to pick up some bonus points which are qualifying and extend expiry of existing ones.

    OT but related to the recent Virgin card promo (with the 5000 and 10000 extra bonus miles).

    I have met the spending requirement on day 1 so it has been 9 weeks (or 5 weeks from the statement)
    Because I haven’t received the points today I rang them.

    First it seemed the Credit Cards rep have never heard of this promo. She asked me to call Flying Club.
    Then after long back and forth the CC Rep promised to escalate to her manager and call me back.

    Not looking smooth.

        The bonus points are posted a month later as Louise mentions. I have experienced exceptionally poor customer services from Virgin Money CC. Their CS mostly seem to have no idea on what their processes are and provide incorrect information.

    Hi,
    Anyone received their virgin miles following the insurance sign up offer Bach in June? It was £10 or more for 10,000 miles.
