We are running this daily chat thread on Head for Points during the coronavirus outbreak.

Historically, the daily ‘Bits’ articles were the de facto repository for random comments and questions.  With the news flow being lighter, we are running fewer ‘Bits’ articles.

The comments under this article are where you should post questions about travel and, indeed, anything else on your mind.  At this tricky time, and given that many of you are at home, we want the HfP community to have a place to chat.

Please only comment under the main articles on the site if your comment is directly related to the topic of the article.  This has long-term benefits as it keeps the commentary relevant for people who read those articles in the future.

    How long does it usually take for Paypoint transactions to show on the CC statement.
    I have made 5 £200 transactions over the past week and so far none are showing on my account. Is this normal?

      IME that is not normal if using Amex. Charges have quickly appeared for me as pending. In fact the only time I’ve checked it’s been there before I left the Co-op

      Agree with Matt, but remember it will show as the store you made the PP transaction in, not as Paypoint itself on the Amex app/statement

    I know someone mentioned about their dragonpass vouchers showing as expired, despite being told there is an extension, I sent an email to them couple days ago and they said they will look into it
    Hoping to get them reinstated

      Well it seems they are negotiating with the Dufry Red hence some expirations, but I don’t know as they said they were extending it regardless of the Dufry status

    Amex Business platinum fee just showed up. I guess no remission this year? Anyone negotiate a lower fee.
