Get 10,000 miles with an airline feedback session

Links on Head for Points may support the site by paying a commission.  See here for all partner links.

One of our airline partners is looking for feedback on your recent air travel experiences.

The airline is running a number of sessions throughout the day next Wednesday, 13th July, at The May Fair hotel in Mayfair.

These are ‘drop in’ sessions. You can stay as long as you like (food and drink is provided) whilst chatting to employees of the airline involved. There are not one-on-one interviews – nothing too formal!

You can choose from:

  • A breakfast session between 8:30am and 10:30am
  • Afternoon tea between 2pm and 4pm
  • Cocktail reception between 5.30pm and 7pm

In addition to food and drink during the session you will be given 10,000 miles with their airline loyalty program. (Sorry we can’t tell you which program!)

If you would like to attend, please register your interest here by Friday 8th July. The only qualifying criteria is that you have taken a flight – any class, any route, long haul or short haul – in the past year.

For the airline chat, if you can’t divulge the name of the frequent flyer program, can you tell us what’s their most popular route from LHR? 🙂 😉

  • CB says:

‘Our customer feedback tells us there is zero demand for more flights from the regions.’

  • eppleby says:

Where will the drop in centres be? I have a feeling that the chat sessions will be South East centric and so will not include the views of the passengers from the rest of the country, i.e. the passengers who are forced to pay the premium fares and hotel rates in order to get to LHR, Gatwick et al!

  • AJA says:

What a shame the date is next week I would happily have participated but hopefully will be in Portugal assuming BA doesn’t cancel my flight on Sunday!

Is there a possibility of a chat via Skype either on the day or on another day after 19 July?

    • AJA says:

That was re the informal chat to the airline in exchange for 10k miles. The idea of doing so while enjoying an afternoon tea appeals very much.

    • Rhys says:

      Not this time, sorry!

  • Dirtyneedlebluesky says:

Intriguing. My speculation, given the generosity and location, is the airline maybe from a country that is hosting a prestigious tournament later in the year!

  • Charles Martel says:

For the informal chat, why is your company required if you’re a leisure traveller – or are they hoping to root out specific clients?

    • Rhys says:

No idea! I think they’re just curious about what sector you’re in.

  • Mike says:

Darn it Mayfair is miles from Doncaster otherwise I would have popped in

    • Rob says:

It’s fair to say Mayfair couldn’t be further from Doncaster 🙂

Turns out Expedia’s UK loyalty head is from Doncaster, I learned last night, so there is no need to totally abandon hope if you are born there.

  • Alan says:

Shame they’re only doing it in person in London, so must be BA given that’s where they mainly cater for and so many of their flights are grounded 😂
