Earlier in the year, IAG Loyalty relaunched the British Airways Prepaid Mastercard. If you took out this card, IAG Loyalty is keen to hear your thoughts.

IAG Loyalty is currently running research into the user experience of the card and needs cardholders to take part. This research is also open to people who have had the card but recently cancelled it.

British Airways Prepaid Mastercard research

Participants in the research will need to take part in a virtual feedback session for 30 minutes, held via Zoom between Tuesday 25th October –  Tuesday 1st November between the hours of 10.30am – 5.30pm (BST/GMT). In return they will get $30 paid into their Paypal account.

If you hold or have held the card recently and are interested in giving your feedback, this is a good opportunity to do so. Please note there are very limited places and it will be on a first come, first served basis. We will update this article once all the places are taken.

To take part the feedback sessions, please sign up to IAG Loyalty’s user testing platform using this link here. Once signed up, you’ll be able to choose a time slot and if none are available it will mean the places have all been taken. Thank you in advance for your help.

  • Jonathan Bilmen says:

Just went to my Amex cards and all my offers have been removed (except the saved ones). Same for my wife’s too. Anyone else experience this?

Also – echo above re: user testing. Nothing offered when I signed up

  • bm109 says:

No slots available for prepaid BA card at 0730. What a waste of time. I still don’t have my sign-up Avios bonus from them yet, does anyone else? Perhaps HFP could find out what’s going on here please?

  • Chas says:

I don’t have my initial sign-up, or the HfP enhanced element either. I’ve spent my £500, so only have the Avios from those transactions. Im just hanging around to receive those, then the card will go, never to return!

  • Melonfarmer says:

Does the IAG loyalty feedback work for those who signed up the day of HfP’s first email, but are still waiting for the card to arrive? I say “still waiting”, but I gave up on this pos ages ago.

  • Alan says:

$30 for 40 min (including the 10 min sign up faff going by other reports on here) doesn’t exactly seem worth it – esp for the City demographic that you say makes up most of the site audience 😉

    • KevinS says:

Need to think about the opportunity cost. You could use that time to be making more money from something else.

      • tony says:

“Pulling the levers on the global fruit machine” as one columnist put it….

      • Rob says:

If you WFH, you will be 🙂

I assume most HfP-reading WFH’ers will already have two jobs they do side by side, picking up two full time pay cheques …..

        • KevinS says:

“I assume most HfP-reading WFH’ers will already have two jobs ”

Why do you assume that? Any data to back this up?

          • Rob says:

It would be disappointing if such a creative bunch weren’t taking advantage of the opportunity to double up 🙂

          • KevinS says:

Depends how busy their jobs are really.

Although, given how often some people post on here, I’m guessing not very 🙂

        • Lady London says:

          Nah. I outsource mine.

    • Alan says:

Lol first time I’ve heard City workers described as creative except when referencing accounting 😜😂

  • Will says:

Typical BA. Customer feedback could just use hfp comments and not an app that gives minimal info and seems to be a complete timewaster

  • Will says:

Anyone actually received the 3k bonus avios yet?

Not sure if those are the ones who signed up on the first day, in which case the rest will be trickling in.

  • Lilly says:

The offer is there on my BA card only but not my Amex gold
