Anyone managed to get a refund from Curve for the changes? I paid for Metal subscription in early August but I feel like I have been fobbed off by these changes, and would like to cancel after the changes kicked in.
@JDB If Curve doesn’t feel like refunding, what do you think the view FOS will take on the matter? When I renewed my Metal subscription, I entered into an annual subscription with Curve on an assumption that the offering will remain the same, but with these changes I feel like I have been punched in the stomach. Is it worth approaching FOS in case Curve doesn’t agree for a pro-rata refund?
