With Lidl paying more, how long will the profit levels last?
Tbf Lidl doesn’t have the “glamorous” lifestyle people think they can get from instagram. So longer than it should! A fair comparison is Jet2 and Tui who I think pay a fair bit more

They did lose over €10bn during Covid, so there’s quite a lot of catching up to do as well as Covid debt to pay back.
They’ve already paid off all there Covid debt from UK gov and probably other governments. Yes they needed to restructure staffing fleets but they didn’t need to slash as many salaries as they did
