We need a bit more information but basically Avios earning these days from flights is a combination of fare paid minus taxes multiplied by the status level you hold within BAEC.
Bear in mind that fares are not simply the outbound x 2. You could be on one fare bucket on the outbound and on a different fare bucket for the inbound.
Assuming you are a Blue BAEC member I calculate the fare as being £118 for the outbound leg and £69 for the inbound [708+6] & [414+6]. So a total of £187 excluding taxes and airport fees.. Is that anywhere near to what you paid?
In future go to the finnair website and enter your BA PNR and you will get an emailed e-ticket receipt with the breakdown of the fare which separates the APD and other airport taxes out so you can have a chance of calculating what Avios you will earn.
