@simey uk line is no good at all. USA line probably remains the best bet if you have to call. A handful of reports some time back of them not helping, but subsequent reports that they are. I think it’s the only viable choice if you’re calling at 00:45 on a Saturday/ Sunday.
@kelliea1 looks like 2 PE seats from Kul may still be available. You could call Ba and ask them to cancel your HkG flights should be free in 24 hour window and then book onto kul??
Hi Ed – yeah, for sure. If I had another 100k Avios I could do it myself and refund – but alas I cannot. Worst case I’ll use it on Iberia and save myself some headaches!
