Good call re hotel drop off, I fly to MAD Boxing Day, then onto BOG on the 27th, comparing the IB CS, and service to the BA one, I will keep you updated for sure, just let me know if you are keen on anything in particular.

I think South America is a good call, quite a lot of areas to cover, we are returning to South America visiting Brazil in March, and looking at other areas for future trips, IB is a winner here for redemption flights.
