Yes I had exactly this earlier in the week. I emailed them to let them know (an email to the support email address bounced back so I emailed the company’s main email address). The Head of Support came back to me two days ago to say this has been fixed in a new release. Delete the app, reinstall and try again. Worked perfectly for me!

That worked a treat. I was a bit sceptical as I only downloaded the app for the first time this morning.
