@ukpolak – my brother is in DC also, staying at the Hyatt Centric Beale street, before moving on to Dominican Republic, the pictures he has sent me shows weather similar to what we are experiencing, overcast/cloudy.
He did say Graceland, amongst others was worth a visit.
