Hello from Lanzarote hospital, my dad was admitted on Christmas day and we will missed our flights home tomorrow. Both my sister and I got the stomach flu earlier in the week. The air quality has been poor, yesterday I felt like I could not breathe.

I am going to miss my flight into China next week, I purchased one way using Southern China and return via BA (cash). Can anyone give me a sense of what I need to do re BA for cancellation or date change?

I’m having the worst Christmas on record and just stressed out. Awful week to find last minute accommodation availabilities. Any help much appreciated.
