@davefl – out of curiosity, while we are on the subject of travel itinerary, how do you go about the planning part?

Some say it’s as exciting as the holiday itself, but for me, it can be a chore and time sapping, as I go through the planning, I tend to go off on a tangent, then have to go double check and tick what I have booked and paid for in advance for example, it all works out ok eventually, but just wondered if there was an easier way of carrying out the planning stage, that would save a lot of time, I don’t do spread sheets etc. I’m quite old fashioned in this approach, so I guess that’s half the problem.
