@davefl – I’m glad I asked the question, and now understand why your so quick in replying to posters various queries! I will look into Onenote once I am back home, and try to revert back to a PC for planning instead of a tablet, I am carrying a hard back book around with me in Colombia atm with notes highlights and ticks in it. Very primitive I know!

I appreciate your informative reply, it is much appreciated, and I’m sure other posters may benefit from this.

We are walking around the old walled city of Cartagena now in 30c heat! and the preparations are at full speed for this evenings celebrations, apparently the NYE fireworks viewed from the old clock tower within the walls will be a spectacle.
