If I have understood correctly your travel will be done this FY and under the existing system.
My EDI-LHR-HKG-SYD-LHR(via SIN)-EDI in Business earned 620 TPs in November, 80 of which were from the EDI-LHR and LHR-EDI legs.
Assuming you will start fomr LHR:
– If you do the brutal LHR-SYD (with a 1-2 hour stop in SIN both ways) the TPS are 480.
– Add in an overnight (or more) in HKG each way and that magically becomes 600 TPs and Silver; I am pretty sure that the same is true for SIN stopovers but you can check on the BA TP/Avios calculator.
