On another note, Hilton are slapping a 10% tip, (as they call it) on F&B, I tipped the Barman anyway, as he was great at preparing my G&T smoked glass, garnished with smoking rosemary on top! 2 min preparation In total, is this normal for a Hilton to charge this? as not stayed at one for years, I thought I would ask before I wade in to query it!

Yes, this has happened to me at some of my regular Hiltons but was easy enough to have the tip removed before checking out.
