We just completed couple of nights for Intercontinental Estoril (1st – 3rd) that were booked through Emyr @ Bon Vivant a few months ago.
Oddly today is showing as a non qualifying stay earning 0 nights any 0 pts. I’ve never had this before with bookings with Emyr, normally they accrue fine. Anyone else had this issue and know the best tack to use when contacting IHG to resolve?
