Granted I haven’t lived there for a year, but I noticed that the “We’re full” sign getting put up outside the lounges at MAN was a morning routine task for the early shift staff. Having said that, people would still approach the entrance desk to try. And you know what, they clearly engage in a bit of customer cherry picking as not everyone gets a flat no.
