Morning all. Does anyone know how to check the reason for a flight delay when considering whether its worth fighting for EU261 compensation?

I was flying on flight PC1134 from ORY to SAW yesterday which was delayed by around 4 hours, which caused me to miss my connecting flight meaning I will end up at my final destination 24 hours late. Crew told me the flight was delayed due to the aircraft arriving late from the previous flight. On flightradar it looks like the incoming flight was diverted to BSL which was the cause of the delay but I can’t see the reason for the diversion.

Does anyone know whether its worth trying to fight for my €600 in a situation like this?

@Bloxorus
– there is no single resource for this but as you have already looked at FlightRadar, your answer is there. The aircraft attempted to land in Paris before being diverted to BSL so it’s highly unlikely that was for a reason within the airline’s control.

As above, if you still think it’s worth claiming you would need to enforce in France or Turkey and the sum would be €400 unless your connecting flight was on the same ticket and took the overall journey over 3,500km.
