Hi guys, question on Barclays upgrade vouchers. I’m looking at flights to/from Australia next December. I saw an option on the BA rewards flight finder that is Qatar Airways from Perth->Doha and BA from Doha->London

Interestingly, the only options are Economy, Business & First (there is no Premium Economy option). In this case, would I be able to use my upgrade voucher to go from Economy -> Business straight? i.e. I would pay the Avios required for Economy and taxes/charges for Business?
