Well I’ve finally found a website more incompetently programmed than BA’s.

Aerolineas Argentinas will happily sell you a refundable premium economy ticket with free seat selection etc. If you go into MMB all the options for refund/change/seat selection are greyed out. There’s loads of people complaining about this on Tripadvisor etc. dating back to 2016 with the same issue.

Nobody seems have twigged that if you force with the language options at top right of the website the local Argentian Spanish version of the site before logging into MMB you get all the missing options.
