I registered for iproov this week and was looking forward to using it today. Unfortunately last minute change of train which meant a new seat allocation so it didnt let me through as needed to collect new seat number.
same happened to me first time I tried to use it although have been able to use it subsequently. if you go to the iproov queue anyway they should redirect you to the business class line so still get through quickly
