Seems to have been a change in BA policy re damaged luggage.
Came back from AMS on Monday and after leaving baggage claim noticed one of the wheels on my case had been damaged.
Made the claim yesterday and was expecting to get an email saying K2 would be in rough to arrange a replacement.
Instead got an email from BA saying they’d be paying me £ 120 )which is the retail price of the case K2 gave me last year) rather than replacing it.
