I see from Rob’s posts in the forum and some comments from other posters underneath articles that the February Phase 2 announcement of the IAG Loyalty changes will contain some good news including a partial rollback of the Executive Club Changes. It will also contain some extremely bad news that “you won’t like”.

Is that dynamic pricing of awards? That would explain the numerous outages and long periods of downtime on the Exec Club systems in the past few months.
