although your experience will ultimately depend on which agent answers the phone when you call at midnight!
This can add an extra dimension of complexity, if your unfortunate enough to get an agent that is not astute, I called at 1am T-355 for a redemption booking to NBO, and I had an agent that did not carry out the booking correctly, I did not receive an email, or Amex text confirmation, so called back at 1:30am to confirm if indeed the booking was made, much to my frustration, it was not Completed!
I remember this call well, as I was sitting in a hot tub in the middle of a Norfolk forest!
So I would make sure you definitely have everything in place, as it could make the difference in getting or not getting the desired booking, it’s bad enough being the account holder making these calls!
