@Travel Strong TUI put us in a hotel , bussed us to and fro, but the communication and delivery has been shambolic, food very poor and non alcoholic refreshments non – existent . The special assistance passengers have had a much better experience by the sounds of it in a different ( nicer ) hotel.
Will the Amex Plat cover loss of income ( I’m supposed to be doing a 12 hour shift today and have used all my leave so will need to take this as unpaid)?
